Mr. Li Taijie, founder of Dagang, is a master dedicated to the research of road machinery performance. He is one of the first group of experts that enjoy Special government allowances of the State Council, and winner of “Award for Persons Making Great Contributions to the Development of China’s Road Construction and Maintenance Machinery Industry in the Past 60 Years” and other awards and honorary titles. He has established and designed the National Analysis Center for Machinery Performance. In short, he has made an indelible contribution to the construction and maintenance of roads both at home and abroad.
